Some of you will already know me as the host, and producer of Rogers Daytime Peel Region show. I am not leaving the show and I still love the media world. But, I also love good, natural, nutritious food. When Tilda Basmati Rice approached me, it seemed like a perfect fit.
I still enjoy the Italian food I was raised on, but I find myself really drawn to South Asian and Middle Eastern foods. All the different cultures in Canada are amazing and it is now so easy to try different foods and experiment with new cuisines.
As the brand Ambassador for Tilda Basmati Rice, I will be sharing all the great things about Tilda with you. We will see how versatile and healthy Tilda products are. We will learn what makes Tilda special.
I have always loved cooking. Over the years I have worked with lots of chefs and health experts. Now I am really looking forward to experimenting in the kitchen with Tilda Basmati Rice. I will be developing my own healthy fast menus and quick dinner ideas. I will share these with you, and hopefully you’ll share some of your favourites with me. It’s going to be fun, and we’ll try lots of new things.
Recently Tilda Basmati Rice added some new options to its Basmati repertoire in Canada. Tilda Steamed Basmati has been introduced in four variants: Pure, Wholegrain, Mushroom and Pilau. They are all pre-steamed in the bag and only take two minutes in the microwave or four minutes to stir-fry. All these new products have all the positives and qualities of the traditional Tilda dry rice. Now they are really convenient too! You save time and get perfect Basmati rice every time.
Definitely, eating Tilda Steamed Basmati Rice fits with a healthy nutritious eating plan and a busy life style. I enjoy it, and I think you will too.
